Pharmacies: submit authentic COAs
The registry is built issuer-first: records enter through the pharmacies and laboratories that stand behind them, and appear publicly only after verification with that source. If your pharmacy tests its preparations and can stand behind the paperwork, we want your records in the registry.
What to send
- Complete COA documents (full PDFs, not screenshots or crops) for the lots you want registered.
- The name and direct contact of the person who can confirm the documents on your side.
- The testing laboratory identity for each document, so we can confirm issuance.
How verification works
We confirm each submitted document two ways before display: with your pharmacy (that you submitted it and it matches your released lot) and, where applicable, with the named laboratory (that it issued the underlying report). Records that cannot complete both confirmations are held, not displayed. The full process is on the methodology page.
What appears publicly
Verified records display the preparation name, lot number, testing lab, test date, beyond-use date, and pass/fail results with their specifications — the fields a person needs to match a document in hand. We do not publish pricing, marketing copy, or anything that reads as product promotion, and a listed record is never an endorsement of the product or the pharmacy.
